Sunmac Enterprises Case Study

Sunmac Enterprises is a manufacturing company which supplies street light poles and solar LED lights throughout India. They have installed street light poles, High mast poles and solar LED lights in National Highways, public and various private institutions. When we approached them and explained about digital marketing and variety of services we provide they started becoming curious about this new age marketing and they wanted to increase their customer base using the opportunity.

They already paid a hefty money to various vendors trying to establish a profit centred digital marketing but they were clueless about what was happening as they didn't reaped anything from it. We started discussing with them and found there is no proper digital infrastructure with them. We created a website with their product portfolio as a first part in building the necessary infrastructure. Based on their product matrix and gained business understanding we suggested few ideas and ways to promote their business digitally. One of which is a KPI (Key Performance indicator) to analyse how they are benefiting against the money they spend on the marketing campaign.
